Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.
Promote investment, loan, and savings products by clearly explaining their features, charges, terms, and relevant risks.
Achieve agreed sales, customer acquisition, and retention targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Follow up on enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert prospects into customers.
Support customer onboarding, loan applications, and required documentation in coordination with relevant teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and an up-to-date sales pipeline.
Respond promptly to client enquiries and escalate complaints appropriately.
Submit regular sales reports and provide customer feedback and market insights.
Adhere to company policies regarding customer confidentiality, ethical selling, and compliance.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Previous experience selling investment, loan, and savings products within a financial services organisation.
Proven ability to acquire customers, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Good understanding of investment, lending, and savings products, including their terms and associated risks.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, organised, customer-focused, and comfortable with field sales.
Knowledge of the Abuja market is an added advantage.
