Business Development Officer

* Generate and qualify leads through various business development channels.

* Convert prospects into property sales and achieve set sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

* Manage and follow up on prospects throughout the sales pipeline.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

* Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM tools.

* OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

* 2–5 years of sales or business development experience.

* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Experience using CRM systems.

* Comfortable working with sales targets and performance goals.

* Previous real estate experience is an advantage.
