Job summary

HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of a fashion house for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer to manage stock and oversee the movement of goods within the business.\n\nThe successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate deliveries, monitor stock levels, and ensure smooth operations between the store, production team, and customers.

Responsibilities


Maintain accurate records of fabrics, finished products, accessories, and other inventory.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate deliveries to customers, stores, and other locations.

Work with dispatch riders and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Track stock movement and maintain proper documentation.

Prepare basic inventory and logistics reports.

Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss.



Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.

1–3 years of experience in inventory or logistics.

Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
