General Manager

Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, finance, purchasing, maintenance and security.

Develop budgets and strategies to improve occupancy, revenue and profitability.

Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues.

Recruit, coach and manage departmental leaders.

Ensure financial controls, asset protection, health and safety and regulatory compliance.

Build business relationships and coordinate sales and marketing activities.

Prepare operational and financial performance reports.

BSc or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 8 years' hotel or hospitality experience, including 3 years in a senior management role.

Proven ability to lead hotel departments, manage budgets and improve performance.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management and financial controls.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with hotel property management systems and ability to work flexible hours.
