Operations Manager

Set up and manage operational processes, policies and systems.

Identify and assess real estate investment opportunities.

Lead land and property acquisition, including due diligence.

Coordinate real estate development projects.

Work with regulators, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Drive business growth, partnerships and negotiations.

Oversee the company's property portfolio.

Report to the Board on operations, investments and performance.

Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building, Civil Engineering, Business or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate operations, property development, investment analysis or land acquisition.

Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market.

Experience coordinating real estate development projects.

Strong leadership, business development, negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Professional membership such as NIESV, ESVARBON or RICS is an advantage.
