Customer Relations Officer

We are seeking a **Customer Relations Officer** to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, handle enquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with customers, resolve issues promptly, follow up on customer needs, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ customer service or customer relations experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Ability to handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow-ups professionally.

Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work with sales, marketing and workshop teams.

Must be professional, patient, presentable and customer-focused.

Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
