Ma3le Estate Facility Manager

Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.

Supervise cleaning, security, landscaping, and other facility services.

Manage contractors, vendors, and service agreements.

Monitor maintenance budgets, expenses, and procurement.

Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Respond to maintenance issues and emergencies.

Maintain records of inspections, repairs, expenses, and service schedules.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Facility Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field is an added advantage.

Relevant experience in facility management, property maintenance, or building operations.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage contractors, supervise staff, and coordinate multiple tasks.

Good knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting tools.

Professional certifications in facility management are an added advantage.
