Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, coordinate departmental activities, and drive revenue growth and organisational performance.

Oversee daily operations and ensure effective implementation of business strategies.
Coordinate departmental heads, monitor performance, and promote accountability.
Identify business development opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Monitor operational expenses, resource utilisation, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships.
Lead, motivate, and develop employees to improve productivity.
Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.
Requirements
HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in operations or senior management.
Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
Relevant professional certifications and an MBA are added advantages.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, business development, and commercial skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management or CRM tools.
High integrity, accountability, organisational skills, and professionalism.
