Job Summary
Connected Minds Limited, a Christian-focused dating and relationship brand, is seeking an experienced Client Success and Community Manager to manage premium coaching clients, oversee private communities, and ensure excellent client experience, satisfaction, and retention.
Job Description
Manage client relationships from onboarding through programme completion.
Provide personalised support and manage client expectations.
Manage private client communities and maintain engagement.
Handle client enquiries, feedback, concerns, and issue resolution.
Coordinate programme communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and client records.
Maintain client-success systems, trackers, and reports.
Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Work with the Founder and team while independently managing daily client-success operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND.
3–5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Client Experience, Community Management, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience managing premium paying clients, paid communities, or ongoing programmes.
Experience supporting clients in premium service-based businesses, preferably coaching, consulting, or membership programmes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and dependability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, project-management tools, and community platforms.
Strong understanding of client engagement, retention, and customer experience.
Additional Information
General social media engagement or programme administration experience alone is insufficient. Candidates must have directly relevant premium client-success experience.
