Diamond Shine Nigeria Limited, a cleaning and waste management company with 12 years of experience, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve service delivery, and drive business growth.
Job Description
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee cleaning, upholstery, and specialised services, including drone cleaning.
Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Support sales, client acquisition, and customer retention.
Monitor performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
Improve workflows through technology and automation.
Manage operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead and develop teams to achieve operational targets.
Report operational performance and strategic progress to the Managing Director.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in management or operations.
Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or facility maintenance is preferred.
Strong knowledge of operations management, financial oversight, and process optimisation.
Proven ability to drive business growth and manage large teams.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
