Job Description
Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve targets.
Monitor performance and implement operational improvements.
Ensure efficient resource utilisation and workflow management.
Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to management.
Promote accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong planning, coordination, and performance management skills.
Relevant degree or professional qualification is an added advantage.
