Job Summary
Xpresso Café & Bar, an upscale lifestyle destination in Maitama, Abuja, is seeking experienced Waiters and Waitresses with a background in fine dining. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Take orders and serve food and beverages according to fine dining standards.
Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverages.
Maintain proper table etiquette and service standards.
Handle POS transactions and bill processing.
Work efficiently during busy service periods and special events.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in fine dining restaurants in Abuja.
Relevant experience in upscale or luxurious restaurants only.
Excellent knowledge of fine dining service standards, table etiquette, menu knowledge, and guest relations.
Ability to upsell, recommend menu items, and provide exceptional customer service.
Professional, presentable, well-spoken, and confident.
Experience with POS systems and bill handling.
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Must reside close to Maitama, Abuja.
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
