Xpresso Café & Bar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee its restaurant, bar, and shortlet accommodation operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong team performance, and operational efficiency.
Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and shortlet rooms.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.
Monitor stock, supplies, inventory, and operational costs.
Implement strategies to reduce wastage, prevent theft, and minimise operational losses.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation.
Drive revenue growth through promotions, innovative ideas, and improved guest experiences.
Handle guest relations and resolve complaints professionally.
Work with the ownership team to achieve business goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in hospitality management, including restaurants, bars, hotels, or shortlets.
Strong knowledge of stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
Ability to develop strategies to reduce wastage and prevent theft.
Excellent customer service skills and understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
Strong leadership, staff management, and training skills.
Organised, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Ability to introduce innovative ideas to grow the business.
Must reside close to Maitama, Abuja.
