Job Summary
BES is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage its social media platforms, develop engaging content, grow brand awareness, and generate enquiries and leads.
Job Description
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with business goals.
Create short-form videos, reels, graphics, and other engaging content.
Film and edit professional content using a phone or camera.
Write compelling captions, hooks, calls to action, and brand messages.
Generate fresh content ideas and identify relevant trends.
Manage comments, direct messages, and online community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Improve content strategies based on performance data.
Support basic paid social media campaigns when required.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant social media management or content creation experience.
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and measurable results.
Proficiency in short-form video creation, filming, and editing.
Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe tools, or equivalent software.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Experience developing content strategies and calendars.
Understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
Ability to grow reach, engagement, and qualified leads organically.
Strong community management skills and awareness of relevant trends.
Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
Education, study-abroad, travel, or professional-services brand experience is an advantage.
Must be proactive, creative, strategic, commercially minded, and results-driven.
