Job Summary
BES is seeking an experienced Admissions Officer to manage international student applications, guide students through the admissions process, and secure placements in universities and colleges across major study destinations.
Job Description
Manage student applications from submission through admission and enrolment.
Process applications to institutions in the UK, Canada, USA, Ireland, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
Review academic documents and recommend suitable universities and programmes.
Prepare and submit applications through university and partner portals.
Follow up on applications, admission offers, conditions, deposits, and enrolment requirements.
Communicate professionally with students, parents, universities, and partners.
Track multiple applications, deadlines, and student records accurately.
Guide students throughout the admissions process and ensure timely application progress.
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on study-abroad admissions experience.
Proven experience processing international university or college applications.
Strong knowledge of admission requirements, intakes, deadlines, and offer conditions.
Experience using university or partner application portals.
Strong document assessment, organisation, and case-management skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proven track record of securing student admissions.
Experience in an education consultancy or study-abroad agency is strongly preferred.
