Job Summary
Our client, an event rentals company, is seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, bookings, rental orders, and after-sales support while ensuring quality service and positive customer relationships.
Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Process rental bookings, manage orders, and follow up with customers.
Provide information on rental items, prices, and booking procedures.
Coordinate deliveries and pickups with the Operations/Logistics team.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Promote additional rental items and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Assist with administrative and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle complaints professionally and multitask effectively.
Basic computer proficiency and accurate record-keeping skills.
Ability to work well with a team and follow up on customer requests.
Experience in customer service, sales, or event rentals is an advantage.
Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
